Act for Environment

Act4Env in Croatia! We were so happy and so pleased having you here in Croatia, dear partners!!!! This mobility was one of the things that will always stay in our minds and our hearts, and we really look forward to seeing you in Portugal soon!!! The Croatian team Greece, Romania, Portugal, Spain and Croatia participated in the Act for Environment project.  Croatia was the host and everyone else came to Daruvar to our school. The first day we welcomed them in Zagreb and went to Medvedgrad.  We had a tour there and after that we returned in groups to visit Zagreb and had tasks to take pictureand than in a workshop we had to make a video and posters about our theme.. The other days we  had very interesting  workshops where we learned a lot about other countries and consumerism.The last two days they went on trips to the adrenaline park Duboka and Plitvice Lakes.These five days were very interesting for me and one great experience that I would like to repeat.   Panagiotis Voukias   This program was one of the best experiences of my life .It was my first time to go in for a program like that and I will remember it for ever.I really liked the fact that I was given the opportunity to meet people from other countries and learn about their cultures, their  customs and their mother tongues.Also,by visiting another country I was able to see the sights, see the architecture of the buildings and how people spend their free time and taste their local cuisine,.In conclusion the program was an amazing experience for me,with a lot of great memories and it is something that I will remember for the rest of my life!  Ioannis Argyropoulos   I feel very lucky to have had this experience. It was amazing that I met students from other countries and learned about their cultures, their mother tongues and their opinions on various topics. Also, when you are in another country you see how its people live there and you can visit several sights of the country  since

  A thrilling adventure Travelling is always an adventure. The closer the day of the trip gets, the more thrill you get. Always in a rush, packing everything, from socks to underwear, clothing, toothbrushes, till it's 3 hours before your flight and you have to leave the house in a hurry. Check-in, see if your bag is good to go, go to the correct gate, board the plane and fasten your seatbelt. Phew! Once you sit on the plane, all that anxiety runs off, blown by the wind on the tail, leading to a new adventure. Adventures are new chapters in anyone's life. The surprise of discovering something new is breathtaking. Seriously, just thinking about it makes me want to go back. My most recent chapter was on Croatia, a wonderful country just next to Italy filled with life and bright colours, greenish landmarks marked by beautiful trees and the blue sky. I loved every ounce of it. You have to see it for yourself. This chapter was present in my life due to a project called Act for Envi
